The company was formed in 1993 in response to the growing complexity of the construction industry and the emergence of Project Management specialists to control development and construction processes, with cost-effective solutions, for Clients and their investors.

We are a process-driven organisation which, in itself, allows focus on the issues and challenges identified within our commissions. Our Management System is accredited to the latest British Standard, BS EN ISO 9001:2000, and was the first company of our type within the UK to achieve this award.

Our personnel are highly qualified and experienced, able to provide hands-on management with the correct level of technical resource tailored to the particular needs of the project or business challenge. Training and Personnel development is a major facet within the organisation which is "Investor in People" accredited.
