New initiatives

Management System:
Having held the British Standard Institute's accreditation BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for 3 years in August, 2004, we are to radically change and improve the company's operating processes and procedures. Having worked closely with the BSi over the last 12-months, we are to introduce a fully Integrated Management System which will be operated on an intranet platform. Not only will this combine the business and cultural systems of the organisation, but will effectively improve operational and procedural efficiencies.
